Jasperoide ProjectLocation and Access
The Jasperoide Project is located in the Districts of Capacmarca, Chamaca, Colquemarda, and Omacha, Provinces of Chumbivilcas and Paruro, Department of Cusco in central Peru. The property is characterized by low rolling hills with sparse vegetation. Elevations at Jasperoide range from approximately 4,300 to 4,600 metres. Access to the project is via paved road from Cusco (33 km) and regional well-maintained gravel roads for the balance of the journey (127 km, total: 160 km). Five hours are required for the drive.

The same geologic qualities that make Jasperoide an attractive mining project: high grades, proximity to infrastructure, low potential strip ratio, make the project attractive in terms of minimizing the environmental impacts of development.

LARG has a multi-faceted strategy for advancing and developing the Jasperoide Project, focused on both near and long-term goals for the Company. In 2018, LARG plans to drill approximately 5,000 metres within and adjacent to the known Jasperoide Cu-Au deposit in order to verify earlier drilling, update geologic models and to generate sufficient data for a maiden NI 43-101 Resource Estimate. For 2019, the Company plans an aggressive exploration drilling campaign the objective of expanding the Jasperoide resource to a scale that would allow a Preliminary Economic Assessment of the project. Due to the high copper and gold grades at Jasperoide, the threshold for defining an economic deposit is well within reach.
Given the large size of the land package, geophysical indications of multiple potentially mineralized areas, and the project's location in one the world's most intensely mineralized gold and copper belts, the project scale upside of Jasperoide is considerable, a powerful value-driver for LARG.
