Kimberly Ann, a strident and driven mining executive, is a corporate development and finance specialist with over twenty years marketing experience in branding, investor relations and finance. She has served as CFO, Vice President and Board Member for multiple TSX-listed Junior Mining companies. In the past eight years, Kimberly Ann has raised over $130M in project financing and directed three major junior mining rebranding projects. While at Prodigy Gold, Kimberly Ann was responsible for all aspects of the company's corporate communication program, facilitating equity financings, generating analyst coverage, participating in key aspects of corporate M&A leading to the $340M buyout by Argonaut Gold. Kimberly attended the University of Washington, majoring in Business and Marketing. Kimberly enjoys snow skiing and spending time with her family.

Some geologist’s talk about discovery, Quentin has actually made discoveries multiple times. Thirty-five years of diverse experience in both exploration and mine operations gives Quentin a global knowledge base to work with, guiding all of the company’s exploration activities. Quentin has particular expertise in copper deposits and made the initial recommendation to acquire LARG’s flagship Jasperoide project.
Sandra has been integrating managerial expertise and business savvy for over twenty years, managing multiple country offices for Junior Mining companies in Peru. She studied Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, and after several years focused on the medical field, Sandra moved to the mining and exploration industry. Thanks to her leadership and ability to achieve efficient teamwork, she has been appointed General Manager for multiple junior mining companies operating in Peru. She lives in Lima with her husband and daughters, Micaela and Camila, and enjoys watching her daughters in swim competitions.
For over twenty years, Eva has been working exclusively in the mining junior industry. She holds an Accounting degree and MBA on Costs and Budgets. Eva has developed an expertise in Peruvian tax issues, creating direct economic benefits for the companies she has worked with. Eva enjoys the outdoors and working with disenfranchised and underprivileged people. Her dream is to be able to work with more children by building her own organization.
Carlos, ever cheerful and helpful, has used his outgoing personality to build a personal logistics company based in Lima. At LARG, Carlos coordinates our field efforts, from transport to facilitating community meetings. A team player who always helps his co-workers, Carlos in the last 20 years has been cultivating multiple logistics paradigms, focusing on transport, banking solutions and business-to-government communications. He enjoys family bike rides with his wife and son Fabio.
Affable, charming, charismatic. Fernando is all of these and more. As the Senior attorney at Dentons in Lima, specializing in mineral law, Fernando is an expert in all legal aspects of the mining industry. His guidance is a key component to LARG’s success, and his collaborative approach to problem-solving provides a template for proper execution of a business plan.
Exploring, developing, mining. Brian has spent his adult life roaming the mountains and deserts of the Americas seeking mineral deposits for mine development. Brian is currently President and CEO of PPX Mining Corp., guiding underground mine development and exploration at the Igor project in northern Peru.
